System Returns / Restocking Fees:

All POSfreedom.com Complete Retail and Restaurant Systems may be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Customer will need to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and are responsible for the fees for packaging and return shipment. Any products that are not in "New Condition" will be subject to additional restocking fees.

Retail Systems / Back Office
$300 Restock Fee per Unit
Counter Service Restaurant Systems $400 Restock Fee per Unit
Dine-In Restaurant Systems: $500 Restock Fee per Unit



Shipping:
  • Shipping is free with orders over $25.00. Free shipping method is ground.
  • Orders less than $25.00 will be charged $10.00 shipping.
  • All shipping addresses must be a physical address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.
  • Orders returned as undeliverable or refused will be charged a minimum $25.00.
  • All Complete systems that are undeliverable or refused will be charged a minimum of $150.00
  • Shipping on complete systems that are overnight or 2nd day will incur additional shipping fees. A representative will contact you to determine the amount of shipping.


DOA:

Some products, in rare cases arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA). In the event you receive a DOA product, contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This must be returned within 15 days in order to receive a full refund. DOA returns must be in the original package. Refunds are only given to non-functioning products.
